How do I add money?
Only by bank transfer, using instructions provided once your account is verified.
Can I deposit USDC or crypto?
No. USDC is supported for outbound withdrawals only.
Which currencies are supported?
USD, EUR and MXN.
Can I withdraw to a bank account?
Not at this time. External withdrawals are made in USDC.
When will my deposit arrive?
After our partner confirms the transfer. Timing depends on the sending bank.
